Q: Will the new update allow the creation of qr pages based on pre-made blocks?
If so, what kind of blocks will these be?
Will there be a whitelabel version for agencies?
Will agency clients be able to edit their own designs?

Not sure what you mean by pre-made blocks. But if I understand correctly, on the custom buttons pages/link in bio, you can add buttons that normally are QR code types. So for instance you can make a vCard into a button so that when a user clicks it they can add your data to their phone or just insert an URL. At the moment it will only be custom buttons + text. No custom blocks. But it's a good idea to add more blocks in the future :)
