Hi, I am an Airtable customer, I am evaluating your offer to try to spend less. How do you count automations, like Airtable or like N8N? Example: if I have 5,000 customers, I send 4 emails per month, how many automations are there, 20,000 or 4? From your price list it seems like Airtable. Maybe your offer doesn't make sense, not even the one for the 9 Codes plan. To have "only" 1,000 "real" automations you need 801+349+379=1,529 $, that's a lot of years of subscription to your same plan of 16 or 30 $ month-year or to Airtable, which has very high AI and automation features. How much would it cost to buy automations separately and where is this option on your site? 1,529 $ is a lot of years of subscription. Ok it's not for life. I strongly believe that the tool is only as good as the support. I just tried talking to the chat box on your website, and the support is available in 6 hours. I've gone through your documentation with two questions, one with regards to repeatable order forms. Where you have one client, but they may order two products with the option of being able to add another product and another product etc And the other question was about customising the invoices But again, no documentation.
Seems to be really lacking in terms of community responses, chat availability, and documentation.
I am disappointed to see this because, the tool looks fantastic and exactly what I'm looking for, but I can just see myself banging my head against a brick wall when I get stuck.

I have an eleven-member team spread across Europe, the UK, and the Philippines. We just added our eleventh member this week.

The tier 1 basically has what I need for my small businesses. Can I share my account access with my teammates? Basically I would share my username and password with my teammates (I trust them). I know I can do it with you knowing but I wanna make sure that’s morally fine with you.
Ideally - that's not the right usage for the platform. Your IP address is tracked, so if there are more than 1 - you will see service disruptions and auto-logouts, which will not be a good experience.
I would rather have you take multiple codes to suffice the needs for your team and give them separate user access. It's better for the future as well.

In that case, they will be counted as a user. Or you can also try 'Updatable Forms'..

Ideally - that's not the right usage for the platform. Your IP address is tracked, so if there are more than 1 - you will see service disruptions and auto-logouts, which will not be a good experience.
I would rather have you take multiple codes to suffice the needs for your team and give them separate user access. It's better for the future as well.
