2- this form will be recorded in the stack
3- the invoice will be created by stackby, based on a template (with my payments info)

1. Yes, you can. Our form builder is pretty powerful for any sort of a form workflow.
2. Yes, the responses will directly go in your tables in your stack.
3. You need to use a Page Designer App (part of our Apps Marketplace) to create a one-pager invoice based on these details. Check our Invoice Creator Template.
4. Once invoice is created, you can save it as a PDF and send it to email automatically (you can use automations to do it automatically on certain triggers - say on status change).

do I need buy powerup from apps marketplace?
You need to buy Apps Marketplace add-on for dashboards and page designer.
For Powerups, those are 35+ additional features you can unlock on your workspace including advanced form features.
