I\u0027m currently on Tier 3, but I’m unable to remove your logo from my forms or find any options to customise the platform with my own branding. Am I missing something?

Ok, sorry. I purchased on the basis of what was listed under Tier 3 at the time so I\u0027ll be pursuing a refund on that basis unfortunately.
