You state in the current offering “Previous AppSumo customers who purchased Stackby can buy more codes to increase their feature limits”. But in the “Questions & Reviews” section you replied to a question from “appletree” about a AS 1 code they purchased in Nov 2020 in which they want to stack additional codes. You say “That was the old AS plan we are not offering anymore. It ended in 2021 itself. This new code structure is different from the old AppSumo plan we offered. You will need to create a new workspace and add the new codes to that workspace to stack it up. Please reach out to us on support chat for any additional help.” Seems to me that you are not honoring your “Deal terms & conditions”. Which, if true should concern AppSumo and all current and potential future customers. I’m not dismissing the fact that you have added new functionality, but to not work with AS 1 customers seems like Stackby might be a company that doesn’t really value it’s customers and looks for anyway they can, to renege on their promises and their current customers. Hopefully, it’s a misunderstanding, and you will work with all AS-1 customers who are looking to stack additional codes. Sincerely AOA
