We've a column type called API Connector - in which you can connect your columns to third party APIs like Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube and more.

To automate this API column, and refresh the API data in your columns, there's an 'automated refresh' based on a set time schedule like every 1 day, 3 days, 1 week etc.

That's what it means on the AppSumo plan here.
