add a collaborator to a reminder? Also, when setting up a reminder is there any way to do a custom date and time rather than the options in the drop down? Those are very limiting as to how to structure the reminder. Also, as a suggestion you may want to add an option to choose a time after the actual date.

Yes, email notifications on reminders are one of the Powerups. You can choose a custom date and time already. You can add in the text column of the date field to be able to do so already.
