Q: Why has my support questions not being responded to for a refund realted to the Powerups LTD offer
Rachit, I have made three attempts including email to regards to receiving a refund for the Powerup special LTD offer for purchasing the Appsumo LTD offer. After 1 week of use and wanting a refund which one would think would be straightforward, I see on your website that Powerups are not elegible for a refund. What is going on? Please respond

jamoooretHe doesn't reply emails at all. I can't understand it. It's very bad for business. My lifetime deal has vanished and I've been writing to them for months and nothing. I think they thought I was not going to use it because it was dormant. I'm really upset.
