Can't really be trusted
The platform is ok-ish, support? Non-existent.
I bought several deals here on AS, and got other ones outside, never experienced such absence of support. You ask the same thing over weeks, zero human answers.
And the bot answer is even one of the worst: the bot answers and you cannot basically answer anymore, cannot send any more messages. I mean in other platforms the bots says something like: "hey a human will be in touch soon, if you wanna add something else, just message.."
but no, in Stackby you cannot.
And other bugs like misleading UI: you create API calls in the columns, there is nowhere a number showing how many runs you did.
You bought the lifetime here on AP, and you wanna buy the other one-time packages? You cannot becuase wheen you go in your account settings they show the YEARLY prices, you click the button and the stripe page is shown with the subscription for the powerups or whatever you clicked.
AI credits number: inside the settings it continues to remain 0/500 for each stack. So it's repeated 0/500 for each stack. Then, somewhere else, can't remeber where they say that these credits are total across all stacks, another ui misleading info, and on top of that, you use the ai credits but it still shows 0/500 in the account settingss, but when you are in the home and click at the bottom left the ai credits button then it shows 433 left out of 500.
Then they increased the price of the one-time packages over and over, that's fine, it's not a bug, but it just adds on top of all these things.
Then, they just decide like they want: this feature is on the base terms, and then this other let's put it in the power ups, just like they woke up in the morning almost. Import CSV -> base tier, but Add from CSV -> power up, because why not.
Overall, I can't seem to find reason to trust them.
Airtable is better and I ran an analisis and you need to spend 2000$ to get the same base features that aritable gives you for 20/month
For me, too many odds things that didn't add up, I think it was the first time I refunded something. ah, and the overall UI is kinda ugly, yea, sorry to say it, but that's what I perceived, it's personal taste, nothing more
