I use google sheets a lot but in order to customize it the way I want can be quite time consuming. I also needed something I could use as a simple CRM and so Stackby is serving a lot of purposes for me and my team. I haven't had it very long but I maxed out the deal because I knew it'd be a beneficial part of our tech stack plus I love that they have an app. Rachit has been quick to respond as well which customer support is one of the main things I look for when buying software. Look forward to diving more into it and setting up automations for our workflow.
