Stackby Support Very Slow (Almost a Month) to Update Appsumo Code Issues

All right. Hello. I have purchased this product since 2020. I have purchased in total ten codes. Since February eleventh of this year, I've been trying to reach out to support because my account did not show the appropriate amount of codes.

My frustrations have been that since February eleventh, I've been trying to reach out to Stackby to get this resolved. I've sent several emails to Rachit. Maybe due to the success of the AppSumo launch, he's been busy, just to be fair to him. But it's just been very frustrating to try and get what I paid for, especially since I've been a user from 2020.

I have several emails that I've sent to him, and he's responded to some of them, to be fair, but it's just not been in a cohesive way to get this resolved the way it needs to be. I've shared the emails of the codes that I've purchased too, from the ten different licenses. While he did say he was going to try to get it resolved, now it's been over an additional week, and we're about to hit a month. It just shouldn't take this long, respectfully, to get this resolved, especially given the amount of documentation that I provided with the license codes. I've showed them the receipts of the purchase and how I've applied them all to one workspace. It's just taken too long.

My frustrations currently are that I can't use the product the way I'd like to, because I'm being given limits that are not associated with my purchase. I will be happy to update my review once we can get this resolved, but until then, it is frustrating to get any support in terms of resolving what your plan is.

So that's currently my criticism, and I'm just hoping that I can get some help or Rachit can get some additional assistance to get customers what they paid for. And that's all. Thank you.
