Another Appsumo Select shutting down, hope Appsumo refund the people who aquired this lifetime license. This is a wake up call for LTD communities ... Dont buy anything if you are not using it in 60 days, Dont have any Shelf for apps, if lower tier is sufficient, dont waste money in high tiers! JUST STOP BUYING "LTD"

I purchased Tier 3 of Stageset, expecting a solid digital sales room solution, but the experience was awful. The platform itself felt underdeveloped, with a clunky interface and missing key features. However, the biggest issue was the lack of support—almost zero assistance when I needed it. For a tool that claims to enhance sales presentations, it failed to deliver a smooth user experience. Now they´re a closing their business and we as clients will lose any investment (time and money) we made on this platform.

I'm struggling to understand the functionality of this product as well as these 5 taco reviews, particularly when it comes to sharing content. How am I able to share a Page? The distinction between Rooms, Pages, and Sections is unclear, especially since I can only seem to send invite links to Rooms, yet the information I need to share is under Pages. This lack of clarity significantly impacts usability.

To make matters worse, support has failed to respond after several days to what should be a simple question. This delay has caused unnecessary work and frustration, as I was forced to recreate the content from a "Page" within the platform and enter it onto another platform just to distribute the content that I spent hours building out for my client. This is unacceptable for a tool that should streamline workflows, not create more obstacles.

Additionally, the documentation is extremely limited—there’s barely enough information to navigate the platform effectively. A comprehensive update to the documentation across all features is necessary to improve the user experience. Clearer explanations and more detailed support materials would go a long way in making this product more intuitive and functional.

Please advise on how to share Pages and consider expanding both customer support responsiveness and documentation to address these gaps. Thanks!

So finally received an email stating that they were shutting down! Would have been nice to know since I'm sure they've known for quite some time which could have kept us from wasting our time building out rooms over the last week or so! We get it, 💩 happens but you still should be communicating with those that supported your product! Ol' well....

In the beginning, the app was so promising, and the development team was motivated to provide us with a great sales tool with plenty of features and solutions. One year later, I can say that this deal doesn't deserve our investment. I bought the highest Tier 3, but I am unable to make a few changes, such as the organization logo and language. The app is becoming limited in terms of settings and customizations. You can feel that these people are limiting AppSumo supporters' features once they gain more maturity and financial resources. It is the new trend of many app owners here, who turn their backs on us once they become mature and wealthy. In order to escape from their commitments, they hide the description of the app's features, and you can see that via AppSumo and their website.

Stageset is intuitive, quick, and flexible. A must-have tool for any salesperson navigating the digital landscape. Highly recommended.
