I use WhatsApp a lot and for me it is very nice if i have something in mind to just let a memo to stella to create a reminder or to write a draft as an email. I have the feeling that i can save some time. It's a pitty that I bought it only for one number, i would like to have it also on my personal phone too!

From my perspective as a power user, I want to highlight several concerns about the Sella AI tools:

1. The user interface is not intuitive or familiar for daily use. It misses common design elements that make navigation easy and efficient for advanced users, causing frustration with routine tasks.

2. There’s no option to transfer or export my monthly usage data. I need to be able to migrate usage stats and history to reconcile billing or compare across months and platforms.

3. I cannot view my current integrations in a consolidated manner. The absence of a list of connected services, API keys, or active integrations hampers troubleshooting and management.

4. The interface lacks controls for managing system settings. Essential configuration options are missing, preventing easy adjustments of global or account-level settings from a central location.

5. I cannot change my primary email address, as no such option appears in account settings. This complicates account management and recovery.

6. My account shows as “Current Plan: Starter,” but on AppSumo, I am on Plan 3. The documentation and pricing pages do not mention the Starter plan anywhere, leading to confusion about my entitlements.

7. When considering an upgrade, the checkout page only offers the Elite Plan (https://fasttrackrai.lemonsqueezy.com/checkout), but your website lists multiple pro plans (https://yourstella.ai/pricing). The inconsistency between options and the pricing page causes uncertainty.

8. WhatsApp cannot access my account information, preventing me from using WhatsApp for support or notifications linked to my Sella AI profile.

I strongly suggest developing a dedicated mobile app to improve system configuration and interactivity. A native app would provide more responsive controls, push notifications, easier account management, and a more integrated mobile experience compared to web-only or third-party solutions approaches.

I want to report that the application is promising and offers exactly what I would like to have as a virtual assistant. However, in practice it is slow, inaccurate with reminders and scheduling of appointments or events, and it does not work in Spanish regarding the automatic responses it provides. After downgrading from Plan 3 to Plan 2, it stopped working altogether and there has been no user support available. Instead of wasting my time begging for assistance, I prefer to free myself from a problem that should have been a help.

NOT WORKING, HOW TO ACTIVATE??
I bought 3rd tier plan, activated it, signed in with MY WHATSAPP NUMBER, in my dashboard i see "Current Plan: Elite" but in the WhatsApp i get message that my free trial expired!

How to active my account? why its like this?

Stella is great, I’m the problem is that as of today it only supports Gmail account, so if you have iCloud, outlook or any other email account it won’t work.
If you have a Gmail account, you should give it a try.
