Q: I received an error after trying to create my account and activate AppSumo code.

I contacted support two days ago and the response I got was this:

What is Paddle? What is Urbiport? Where is Stepsy? And where are they going to help me access my account?

A: Hi Daniel!

Paddle is the company that processes the activation and coupons (similar to Stripe). I think they mixed up our name with some other vendor. And probably never forwarded the ticket. Our support email is contact@stepsy.co
Could you please send us details there?
