Can you please check if you have premium assets as part of your video? It means you will have to pay for the premium media used. If you wish to not use premium media, you can do so by selecting the source option in the script page. You can select the Free option and the AI will pick the most relevant media from Stock libraries only.
If this is not the case, I'd request you to reach out to our support for a quick resolution. Your patience and time is highly appreciated.
