Q: Hi team, We were starting to experiment with Steve.
ai and noticed that the software randomly cuts off the last second or word of some scenes, which renders the whole video useless. Problem is too that you only notice the faulty output after we downloaded the video to either the computer or into another app for further editing. It might happen in the rendering, but remains unnoticed until it’s too late. What a bummer, then we need to go back and start all over again…
Kindly asking, is there a solution to it, is one planned, or is there a workaround we should know of?
This is major. We can’t work like this.
Thanks!

Hi,
thanks for replying.
Are you suggesting that we’d run every video we did by you so you could “repair” it before we get to download it again? Is that even feasible?
I think perhaps for your tech guys to rather look into the issue itself, where randomly the last second or word is cut off from video scenes, without us having any option to tell in advance if the last bit is there or not, and hopefully come up with an actual solution and update asap so it won’t be happening all over again. Could you do that?
Please let us know.
We would like to continue with Steve.ai
Thanks.
