Apologies for the delayed response.
An average time for a 1min 2K resolution videos is about 30 minutes. Any delays could be because of the high influx of users that Steve is facing recently. In such cases, do reach out to support and they will send an updated link to download.
You can create videos up to 20minutes long on Steve.
