However, with the release of Steve AI new release, the company unilaterally decided that their new Generative AI features, the very core of the "Pro" evolution, would not be granted to lifetime users.

### A Month of Gaslighting and Incompetence

I opened a support ticket on January 2nd, 2026, because the new features visible on the Free Tier were missing from my paid account. What followed was three weeks of the most unprofessional "support" I have ever encountered:

**Empty Promises:** I was told multiple times that my account was being "updated" or that the team was "working on it". Each time I logged in, absolutely nothing had changed.
