Rendering is slow, support tells me they prioritize paying customers

I’ve used this since it launched last year, paid for it here. I have barely used it, probably 10 times since. And every single time I send a support email saying the rendering is slow, I get the usual response that the “video depends on many variables, including script length, download resolution, and the number of assets used in the project.”

For the latest one, I used a 1 minute script length, 1 asset repeatedly. At 720p resolution.

Then I was told that they “are prioritizing paid users queue in 3 out of 4 machines”.

So does this mean we AppSumo paid users aren’t prioritized?
And is there a plan to increase those 4 machines? I mean, I lot of your low ratings here points to the slow rendering, I believe since December of last year. It’s end of July and with your growth, you still use 4 machines knowing your user base and renders are higher?
