Hi there, Is it possible to get help with something I recently purchased? I bought a tier 3 package that should come with unlimited premium video downloads per month. However, anytime I try to download a project, it asks for money.
I always assumed that the package I purchased would provide me with all the necessary tools without having to spend more money. Do you have any advice on how I can access my project without additional fees?
I'm really hoping there's a solution that won't require extra expenditure as this was not made clear when purchasing the package. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated as soon as possible so I can start using my software! Thanks in advance.
