Ron, what are you trying to hide? Transparency is needed why hide from the rest of us and ask to email privately? There should be a simple and honest answer.

Why is my credit gone? You said per month the credit will be renewed and reset to 250 images I think. then how come my account gone free mode?

Deal terms & conditions - Unused monthly credits do not rollover.
License Tiers - 250/750/1500 credits per month
Based on what I am reading the app stays active and you get fresh credits each and every month.

In the deal terms they state that credits do not roll over.

You would have thought so wouldn't you but check out this response from the creator, that resulted in all these questions:
"Credits are no longer reset"
