The fund pages got rebuilt this week, and it's the biggest data upgrade since launch. Everything below is live now on every AppSumo tier — pull up any fund you own and scroll.

Every fund now shows its complete portfolio

Not the 10-holding sample every fund page used to settle for — the whole thing. VOO: all 520 holdings. VTSAX: 3,546. BND: 17,409. Weight, market value and share count for each, and the list ends where the portfolio ends.

Expense ratios you can trust

Rebuilding the fee data turned up something worth sharing: the figures most finance sites quote are badly wrong for many mutual funds. Schwab's S&P 500 index fund is reported at 1.24%. Its own filing says 0.02% — sixty times less. Where no fee table exists, we show nothing rather than a number that might be that far off.

Bond funds got their missing half

A bond fund has no sectors, so its page had a hole where equity funds show sector exposure. It now shows credit quality instead — the same question, asked the right way for bonds.

Charts reach back further (1 month → Max), the AI summary reads the same portfolio the table shows, funds actually turn up in search, and a five-day-old NAV is no longer labelled "today".

Your Usage page, rebuilt

Remaining credits as the headline, then where they went, where they came from, and how fast you're burning through them — full ledger included.

Smaller things this week

• Public filing-change pages for any company — no account needed

• Market-cap bands in the screener, one toggle

• Ask no longer cites a stale annual filing as the latest one

• A page no longer goes blank when a data source misbehaves, and a price too old to trust is hidden instead of shown

Every Dossier now has a "Compare ↔" button. Because every Dossier follows the same structure, two or three companies line up in one click — the same metrics table, the same briefs, the same risk read, just next to each other instead of in your head. It's tagged Beta because it's new and I want your eyes on it before I call it finished — if something looks off, tell me.

Under the hood
A stack of small correctness fixes across the statement data and pricing pages, plus the usual bug squashing. Nothing you have to do.

What's next
I'm reworking how the product is positioned — less "another portfolio tracker," more what it actually is: the report an analyst would take a day to write, done in one click, with every number tied back to the actual filing. No prompting required. You'll see that reflected in the listing itself soon.

Lifetime-deal customers have good reasons to be cautious.

“Trust me—we’ll be around forever” is not evidence, and no honest founder can guarantee that nothing will ever go wrong.

So here is how StockPortfolio.pro is structured today.

I founded StockPortfolio.pro in 2024 and have bootstrapped it independently. The product is built around one simple idea: financial research should show where its numbers came from.

For US stocks, StockPortfolio.pro works from actual SEC filings. You can examine company fundamentals, compare businesses, run screeners and ask questions with the underlying figures and sources available for verification.

The AppSumo deal has three lifetime tiers:

• Starter: 30 Ask questions per month

• Investor: 100 Ask questions per month

• Pro: 300 Ask questions per month

All three currently include the StockPortfolio.pro AppSumo research feature set. The monthly Ask limits are intentional: AI creates an ongoing cost every time it runs, so the deal is structured around predictable, bounded usage rather than pretending unlimited AI costs nothing.

StockPortfolio.pro also offers recurring subscriptions outside AppSumo. The business is therefore not designed to depend indefinitely on selling more lifetime deals to support existing customers.

I’m not asking you to trust a vague promise. Judge the product by what you can verify:

• Are the financial figures traceable to their sources?
