Can I use stockunlimited royalty-free images to build a Wordpress theme and sell the theme for a price?
2. Can I use stockunlimited royalty-free images to build a Wordpress theme and offer the theme for FREE (as a giveaway)?

To enable you to use the images in Wordpress for resale, you need to license the image under the Extended Licence. If it is for a free giveaway, you can use it under the Standard License.
