Q: Can you clarify if you can White Label under Tier 3 or not?
In the features details, it shows White Label and Custom domain. But someone else asked that question and they were referred to send an email to support. So let me ask it again and please answer here for everyone's benefit. If I am to purchase this product, my intentions would be to create a custom domain, white label it and invite 50 potential digital clients to sell their digital assets, under my brand. Is that possible under Tier 3? If not, is that possible under another plan? And a follow-up to those is how much is it if we wanted to have more than 50 stores associated with our Storez account? Thanks.

May 14, 2024A: Hello,
In Tier 3, you receive access to 50 storefronts for potential digital clients, each with its unique domain. Regarding selling with your brand, this feature isn't part of Tier 3. Please reach out to our team at info@storez.me for a custom offer.
Michael, your lack of transparency speaks volumes. In the description of the product, in the Features section, it has White Label and CNAME. In the "Features included in all plan", it has 'custom domain'. Under All Tiers, "Personalized Branding" is listed. On your response, you replied that I can have "50 storefronts, for potential digital clients, each with its unique domain." Help me to understand what I am missing here? Do I send potential clients to your website to view the features and then tell them to come back to me to get their storefront with their own custom domain? Is that the use case you envisioned with this offer? What is it that you are holding back on that you don't want to share with everyone? Perhaps it is just me and your sales pitch is going way over my head.
Hello,
I assure you there is full transparency in our offer, and I appreciate your request for further clarification. To clarify:
1. White Label: This feature means that your storefronts will not display any Storez branding, unlike our free accounts. This allows for a cleaner and more branded experience for your customers.
2. Personalized Branding: You have the flexibility to customize your storefronts with your own logos, titles, and a variety of layouts and colors. This ensures that each storefront reflects your brand identity.
3. Custom Domain: Each of your storefronts can be connected to a unique domain using CNAME, which helps in maintaining brand consistency and professionalism.
When you extend Storez access to your clients, they can set up their own storefronts with all these features. They receive an invitation from you to create their accounts, which means they do not need to visit the Storez main site independently before setting up their storefront under your umbrella.
