When I first answered the 12 Question and was finished, I got a message only to use 5000 characters... so everything once again... Now I tried to create a post and it stucks while creating a text or whatever... frozen or so.. first impression: nothing to say...
A: Thanks for the feedback. We just fixed it. You can see character count in each message. and overall you can provide more info now, resulting in a better brand identity creation. Please, give it a try. Thanks
I've had the same experience as you, I've wasted a lot of time answering all the questions and now I have to start all over again. They should first warn of the limit and secondly discount the characters or limit the characters or indicate in the questions the characters available to answer the question.
