I'm in T4 testing the product, great features!. Just realized that EXPORT feature is disable, or not appearing as an option under settings as per help documents.. Is this not part of AS deal? It will be impossible for me to use a tool where you can not get the data out as backup. Please advice.

A: Thanks, ashMX. The export feature is not supported in the current Tiers. However, since you've upgraded to Tier 4, you now have access to Trello and GitHub integration. How about considering them as a backup option? If you have any questions or need guidance, feel free to ask.
User personas is listed as a feature but it asks me to upgrade when i try and use this feature? Where do i find the user Personas listed on this Appsumo Deal? I hope Appsumo's not seen as a Leadgen.
