After making a presentation, asks me $100 PER MONTH for custom subdomain. This is just nuts, and a scam, given that tiers clearly say no branding when branding is all over the place.
Lock us out of features - now why would you do that?
Right off the bat - the product itself is great, which is why I gave 2 tacos instead of 1. BUT. If there's something I TRULY hate is SaaS companies selling plans on Appsumo that deprive users from some key features, gently trying to "force" you signing up to their monthly plan.
That's just a bad business practice. Now, I personally wouldn't mind much about the CNAME issue (which I see many people comment here), but that's just to show the general vibe of the company - making the offer with their hand closed.
When I logged in to my account, I immediately searched for the integrations to try and hook up this software either to my CRM (flowlu), email automation (encharge) or some general integration platforms like Pabbly connect, or via Webhook.
Without any integration, this tool is basically cripple. babysitting the leads every day and transfer them manually to one of my other systems - AIN'T NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT.
ARE YOU SOLVING A PROBLEM, OR JUST MAKING A NEW ONE?
If you think LTD is not good for your company, don't do it on the first place. But you can't make an LTD offer only to lure people into a funnel ending with a monthly subscription!!

I first read the comments of other summolings that Tier2 does not have the Hubspot connection and other functions from the Pro.
Accordingly, I reached into my pocket and got Tier3, hoping to be able to use the full range of functions.
I was shocked when I saw that Tier3 is also completely limited.
Advertising with Hubspot connectivity and "all functions from the Pro plan" is therefore misleading for Tier 2 and Tier 3.
I have therefore downgraded to Tier2 from Tier3 for now. I will gladly reconsider my rating, provided that the operator of StoryDoc keeps his promise and actually unlocks all Pro features as stated in the deal.
I have used StoryDocs for 7 days now. The usability is great and the documents loading time is good. However, it seems like there is no integration available for Hubspot, regardless of what their website claims. I purchased Tier 3 and when I tried to set up the integration with Pipedrive, a message pops-up asking to request support. It's been over 24 hours since I requested support for my pipedrive integration and I have not received even a support notification that my request has been received. I really hope they turn this over, otherwise I will ask for a refund.

Not the deal I paid for...
I've purchased nearly 300 Appsumo deals going back to 2015, but this takes the cake.
I purchased Tier 3. The deal states "No Storydoc branding," however, the domain is branded and there is no option to embed on my own domain.
Further, when I reached out to Storydoc, they claim that "No Storydoc branding" only refers to the footer and header badge.
This is deceptive and borderline fraudulent.
This deal was sold with clear terms, NO STORYDOC BRANDING.
If that only applies to the header and footer, why doesn't the deal say "No Storydoc branding in the header or footer?"
Adding insult to injury, the developer wants $100/month to add CNAME white labeling claiming that it is “a manual process.”
This is very disappointing, it really devalues the Appsumo brand. I don't understand how Appsumo let this deal through.
Everyone who paid for NO STORYDOC BRANDING should be credited.
And if support wants to contact me, please do, but not before reaching out to the developer and getting this fixed.

Look Promising but has not delivered yet
