Urgent: Credit Usage Concerns on Straico Platform I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent issue I've encountered on your platform. As a Tier 3 user, I anticipated that my credit points would comfortably last throughout the month. However, over the past week, I've observed a troubling trend that is rapidly depleting my credits. The issue arises with Straico's new algorithm, which seems to truncate responses prematurely and prompts me to "Re-generate" or "Continue." When I click "Continue," it uses double the credits for just a few more lines (because it includes the previous content), and then it happens again. This has become particularly problematic, as it took over 10 iterations just to generate a 600-word content piece yesterday. Consequently, what should have cost me 240 credits ended up consuming more than 2,600 credits on Claude 3 Ops. This pattern raises concerns about the efficiency and fairness of credit usage on your platform. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of online, having to click "Continue" over and over again to get full responses, which quickly uses up my credits. At this rate, even a substantial balance of 100,000 credit points would not suffice for more than 15 days. I request your immediate attention to this matter. Could you please investigate this issue and provide a resolution to prevent further unnecessary depletion of credits? Additionally, I would appreciate any guidance or adjustments you can offer to rectify the excess credits consumed due to this algorithm behavior. Anybody faces the same issue here?
