I purchased this a while and refunded since I wasn't using it enough. Do you allow user to reactivate their original plans?

Since it's an AppSumo campaign that has ended, we do not have the capacity to reactivate this, you could try with AppSumo support to see if there's any way to do this.
Dang! alright i appreciate I'll try it hopefully there's another run again. I can just update from dashboard since its still active
If it's active in your AppSumo Dashboard and you can do the upgrade/activation there, and we get the “green light” from AppSumo, we will of course honor your Tier plan and everything.

Yes that would work if Appsumo agreed they sent me an email saying it’s to late since it’s been refunded
We can only activate your Tier if the activation comes from AppSumo. I apologize for the lack of clarity if that was the case.
