Q: The chat can’t process PDF files.

An error message pops up saying “The chat takes too long, please try again,” and this happens repeatedly. I have tried with PDFs of different sizes and different languages. I have written to hello@straico.com with no answer so far.
Any ideas?

apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We have been in touch via email, and it appears that the error is connected to the format of the PDF file you are attempting to upload.

The issue stems from the fact that our Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology is unable to analyze PDFs that contain strikethroughs, underlines or that aren’t 100% readable.

Hi, thank you for answer!
Hopefully it will be enabled soon. I like the option to have several pdf files in the chat and work with them.
