pseatonQ: Where is customer support for LTD holders exactly? I have a question I need to ask.
Hi,
I joined the discord, however I don't want to 'out' Straico as having had an LTD to the rest of the discord (and I'm not super comfortable / familiar with using discord so I don't want to step on toes)...but:
I got an email from Straico offering a discount toward an app called RabbitHoles AI (LLM canvas app with Straico integration), but I can't find your support email to ask either...
...will LTD holders (and indeed, those who may or may not have upgraded to your private LTD upgrade offerings) be kneecapped in RabbitHoles? (i.e., will you support LTD credits for LLMs etc. inside of it, and we *won't need to subscribe down the road?)
Sorry if this doesn't make sense, but I'm just trying to parse our what exactly I'd get if I take advantage here.

Straico is not having an LTD promotion, RabbitHoles is (is a different and separate product), and we're giving them a push with our email collaboration. Because we like to showcase partners and providers that integrate with us!
For Straico support you can mail us at hello@straico.com, and as well as you already know, our Discord server.
There's no change in the LTD accounts, purchasing RabbitHoles does not affect at all your Straico plan or experience. This promotion is to get and use RabbitHoles LTD deal. And it's not required to work with Straico, you can connect other API providers if you wish. Just won't be as cool as having Straico models in there.
