Q: Why does support not answer?

Bought the LTD and am currently sad about the support service. 5 days ago (05.06.2025, 20:23) I sent a message to hello@straico.com and did not get even an automatic answer or a solution as real answer.

Reason is, I get this error message: „maximum 2000 words allowed per message with this pricing plan. Please reduce your message length“, but have word cap set to "0" and have 360.000 coins left.
