Q: Word limit not mentioned in initial offer --> please fix

I am coding (but this certainly applies to other chat types as well).
So it's necessary to paste long code into the chat window.
But you cap chats by a defined word limit of 2.000 words on your UI.
Most coding activities therefore are crippled down to zero.

This limit was **NOT** mentioned in the initial offer.
Therefore, I politely ask, to provide the services described in your binding AppSumo offer.
Otherwise, it is not usable, at least for coding.

Please let me know how to proceed, removing this limitation. Thanks in advance.

The limit you’re encountering is related to the pricing mode you’re currently using. Straico offers two different pricing models:

• Per Message: where each message has a character limit.
• Per Word: which allows much longer messages — ideal for sharing large code blocks or extensive text without being cut off.

Switching to the per-word model is very easy and will remove that limitation. You can read more about the differences and how to switch in this blog post:

Thanks for the fast answer.
However, this does not address my question related to your initial offer mentioned on AppSumo.
Please indicate where you speak about 2 pricing models.
I can't see any mentions of such an official statement.
As I did not buy your service including separat pricing models, still I would like you to answer the question, how to remove the barrier.

Hi! Just to clarify — the two pricing models weren't part of the original AppSumo offer. It’s something we added later to offer more flexibility.
