Another one bites the dust
UPDATE: I tried to log into my account again today, five months later and It's still down. The invite to discord is invalid and I still can't access the site. I've checked on various browsers. I'm happy to receive my refund at any time.
I purchased Straico because I was looking for a cheaper alternative to image generation. Problem was I couldn't produce any image worth using. Each attempt with various prompts produced ugly, unusable graphics. It was incredibly frustrating. I used it lightly for content generation but was disappointed with that as well. I figured that this had a long way to go before it was improved but I didn't opt for the refund because I hoped it would eventually improve and I'd have access to an awesome tool. I have had a few appsumo investments go bad on me as developers of these tools abandon their apps or sites after refund windows close. Today I try to test out whether Straico had improved and I can't even access their site. Is this a glitch or has another appsumo product bit the dust? This isn't currently available for purchase, but that may be for the best since their site isnt even accessible right now. I'm highly disappointed with losing my investment on this.

Thank you so much for letting us know that Straico.com was down — we really appreciate you taking the time to reach out. The downtime was a temporary issue that only affected the landing page; the core platform remained fully operational and the issue was resolved quickly.
We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience with image generation didn’t meet your expectations. Your frustration is completely valid, Can you share with us at hello@straico.com the chats where you generated those images to take a closer look? We've been seeing amazing creations from other community members in our Discord community server.
That said, we haven’t been standing still — we’ve been working hard, and we’re about to release a brand-new chat bar that brings major improvements.
This new version not only includes over 7 advanced image generation models — such as Flux.1 Kontext, GPT Image 1, and Recraft v3 — but also makes it much easier and more intuitive to create images and visual assets. The goal is to give you a smoother, more powerful, and more creative experience.
It might have been a matter of timing or simply a rough first impression. We’d love the chance to show you how far Straico has come. We’re constantly innovating, both in the models we offer and the features we build to enhance usability.

Just to clarify, platform.straico.com has been fully operational throughout the day and hasn’t experienced any downtime in months. We’re sorry to hear that you’re still having trouble accessing the platform, but rest assured the service is running normally.
Regarding the refund, we’re unable to process it since the AppSumo refund window has already passed.
