Unusable, low limits
The principle is good, but in actual usage, the coin limits are so low, you can do nothing serious with this tool. One lengthy article to edit, not write and the coins are exhausted. I suspect there is a bug and the owners are not owning up to it. I deliberately chose an LLM with lower coin consumption and the business of including all text in chat is plain devious.
If you have serious work to do, like editing text, you are better off using the free version of Bing copilot. Works amazing for me where this tool fails.
The images generated are so so. And even though coins are exhausted for text, which is what we are interested in, the image generation continues. This is just a way to get you in the door, so you can pay more money for extra coins every month. And once you know which LLM works best for you, having access to them all on one platform pales in attraction. I suspect many who are currently enthusiastic will get increasingly frustrated at the limits to what they can do without paying more money. We will be refunding. Too frustrating, not worth the trouble.
We like the fact that we could use Claude in Europe, but if after two portions of text, coins run out, the usefulness is gone. There are other tools coming for sure with the same capabilies.

May 9, 2024Hello compagnietheophile,
We sincerely appreciate the time you have taken to provide us with your feedback. Your insights encourage us to enhance the breadth of our actions across our product.
As you've observed, coins serve as the medium of transaction within our platform, helping to maintain a balance between model usage and operational costs, ensuring equal functionality and availability for all users. You mentioned that managing lengthy conversations could lead to a depletion of coins. This occurs because, in a chat, we often send the preceding message as context to foster richer conversations and achieve more precise results.
We have received similar comments through emails and Discord, informing us of this issue. In our commitment to transparency, we are always prepared to guide people on how to use coins most effectively. Our primary recommendation is to always open a new chat for each new topic.
We are aware of this situation and are concerned about it. To address this, our team is developing a 'light mode'. This feature will enable a smart switch that sends only a summary context in every conversation for beginner users. For more experienced users, there will be an option to specify the amount of context they prefer in terms of word count. At Straico, we are devoted to evolving and incorporating customer feedback to continually improve our product.
We look forward to the possibility of reuniting our paths in the future and receiving another opportunity from you.
