Video generation and artifacts?
I just purchased the 3rd-tier level, but the Dall-E image generator provided an error N-1, despite using the given prompt tabs. I'll have to spend more time to see if this was a user error, meaning I need to fine tune more the prompt. I also tried just one image, but the error still reoccurred and the error messages disappear rather quickly to understand where the error lies.
I'm also not sure on the privacy policy, which I read on the website. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information and we may share your personal information with third-party service providers. Maybe add more concise information, that you don't share other information and also that you don't sell data to third parties or build or collect any profiles.
Last point, due to this ever evolving AI space : will Straico also offer AI video generation and artifacts within the lifetime package, or are they in the pipeline?

- DALL-E 3 experienced some issues over the weekend, but it's now working. If you still encounter problems, please email me directly at arturo@straico.com, and I'll be happy to assist you.
- We take privacy seriously and do not use or sell data for profiling. We will clarify this further in our privacy policy section.
- AI video generation is on our roadmap. We're exploring proof of concepts with Pika and Runway, which are accessible via API. Regarding artifacts, there are currently no plans, but we're evaluating open-source code interpreters that could be useful. We frequently run polls with our community to adjust our roadmap based on your feedback.
