Q: Is the my channel app not actually included?

Tier 3 says you get a My Channel App.

But in the interface, it's asking me to pay an additional $99, $199, or $499 PER MONTH to get the app

Am I to understand that the tier 3 does only includes the browser streaming channel?

Q: I have contacted studio@streann.com multiple times I have not gotten any response regarding my purchase.

I purchased this plan under another name Live2.Social and lost access when your company change the name I purchased on app sumo lifetime i then re-purchased your top-tier lifetime plan when I seen your new name Streann Studio with the same features Plus. Someone from your company emailed me and told me they would fix the problem and I was refunded the new purchase because I had already owned the original purchase lifetime plan additionally I was asked to removed my original review which I did and added the one that's currently here now. Only to find out once again I had no access or possibly a free plan that allows me to do nothing. I've sent multiple emails since then and still nothing has changed I'm only asking for access to my purchase

Q: recorded with very low quality

Hello,

I am using the Streann Studio version and have noticed that the videos are recorded with very low quality. This also happens during my live streams on Twitch, where the image appears very laggy.

I am not sure if this is due to a codec issue or how the software functions. I have a 500 mb connection, so I don't think it's a connection problem. Additionally, everything looks fine in the control panel, but the final recording and the live stream have quality and speed issues.

I appreciate any help or suggestions you can provide to resolve this situation.
