Streann Studio Questions

I have sent three emails. Why is my Streann.Studio trying to force me to upgrade to access features I already had as a LTD customer? I even paid for PPV (also lifetime) and now it feels like I am being ghosted. You email me weekly about new features, but you don't respond to my questions about the ones I've already bought.

I’m on Tier 7 and have been using Streann Studios since launch, but the platform still feels very unstable. Pages load slowly, transitions often glitch, and sometimes screens don’t load at all unless I log out and back in. These issues have existed since the initial release last year. When can we expect these core performance glitches to be fixed?

How can I cancel my subscription when the unsubscribe button shows ‘Error cancelling subscription’?” or “Can someone from the team escalate my refund/cancellation request?”).

i have being trying to get in contact for few month no response, only get promotional and upgrade email , i had buy tier 3 plus Live2social plus a outside appsumo upgrade and i am left out my subscrition . no subscription no response . i would like to know where iam stand with this product since is not the first time appsumo products have run out wit the cash a left the customer with none .

but what will happened to users who are happy with what they have right now?
