Ok first of all I am not sure that Appsumo is aware of this. Many of us bought codes for this software and now we cannot log in. Well I have news for you guys. This company changed the URL of their service to https://streannstudio.ai/ without telling their customers and then dropped their commitments to the people who have bought codes from them. I logged in under the new URL and found that my account which the company remembers has been downgraded to a free plan. I emailed the company to provide evidence of purchase and no one got back to me. SOOOO Appsumo you guys are up now. what are you going to do here???

I've only been able to log into the dashboard a handful of times. Why so few? They require a login code - rather than a password. It has to be emailed - and RARELY arrives. For instance, I have been waiting for over 30 minutes today for a code. Nothing. If they ever decide to let users simply login, maybe I'll upgrade my review. For now, I guess I'll just keep using Zoom.

Please answer me 🙏 I already purchased a level 3 license and it is not activated yet. I need to use the product today. Please help 🙏 It is taking a long time to activate a product that I already purchased, and I have already sent you the invoice. Give me my money back, I don't want your product, if the support service is wrong, then it will always be a problem, I don't want to negotiate anymore, give me my money back.I paid and my product was not activated, I wrote to support and they did not give a decisive response, apart from that they were not friendly, I left with a bad experience, I requested my refund and they say it is with appsumo and they are not responsible, I request through this means that they return my money, I will not negotiate anymore because I am requesting my refund on the agreed days and it is not fair that a customer who buys frequently receives this treatment.

I have purchased 2 T4 accounts for my 2 brands. Idea of having our own youtube kind of channel is good, product is also good. But glitches, missing features and quite slow support made me to give just 3 stars.

#1. Just applying SSL to my custom domain took 3 long days
#2. White labelling does not work properly. Even after changing all footers, still Streann branding appearing in the footers. Almost from 1 week I trying to explain this to support team, but support team is quite slow in understanding issues, resolving it is really next level for them
#3. No way to change Streann favicon. Pending with support team from more than a week now.
#4. Custom categories are not appearing on videos at all.
#5. There is not way of tracking support tickets, so support team just goes in circle while replying your support emails. They dont even remember what all issues I raised already and again ask 'what is the issue' .. Always gives answer 'Let us check', 'working on it' kind of answers for weeks. Not happy with the way support is given.

I am still on refund period, if above points are not getting addressed timely by support team, will refund this product.

Let's hope for the best. Intention is not to criticize product/support team, but seriously needing improvement please.

I upgraded to Tier3 from Tier1 and had some issues with the process. I reached out and rcvd EXCELLENT support. (Support is big with me and will make or break if I stay with a product). I know people are busy when they do launches/promos so actually I was pleasantly surprised that someone responded so quickly. After confirming all the things (as they should), we got all the things taken care of nice and smooth. Really apprec Team Streann. I will be going thru the tutorials and cant wait to start creating.
