Hello, I am using the Streann Studio version and have noticed that the videos are recorded with very low quality. This also happens during my live streams on Twitch, where the image appears very laggy. I am not sure if this is due to a codec issue or how the software functions. I have a 500 mb connection, so I don't think it's a connection problem. Additionally, everything looks fine in the control panel, but the final recording and the live stream have quality and speed issues. I appreciate any help or suggestions you can provide to resolve this situation.
I dont get it. When I go to my video studio and choose destination "Facebook page" and push GO LIVE nothing happens on my Facebook page. It is connected to my facebook page, but nothing is appearing on the page. I can find no resources to help me solve the problem? (The tutorials are not really tutorials, more like overview of whats possible) And I do not always get answers when sending mails (Today is Jan11, and I wrote a mail dec28).
