Q: I did a live stream on your tool and have a lot of questions
1. Once people joined the live stream on YouTube I could not communicate with them from within the studio. Is this even possible?
2. Also there was a counter on the top of the studio that never changed even though I was live. So it showed zero the entire time even though people were on the channel.
3. Also looks like we cannot plan an upcoming stream meaning we have to go live instantly.
4. I also had 3 guests attempt to join me live on the channel but they would not show up or could be added to the stream at all.
5. What is your support email so I can share the stream and have a discussion maybe I was doing something wrong.

1. You would need to communicate on Youtube, not on Studio. The goal is to redirect users to watch on your channel so you can charge them.
2. That is because no one was viewing on your channel.
3. Correct. This is in our road map for Q1 2025.
4. If you want to add them to the stream, you need to send them invite links.

pwe_eli_sousaif it helps, I tested it and it's not as intuitive. Your guests will show in the right bar with CAPS letters on top of their picture/video. It seems it's A by default. But you can change it and they will show up on your screen but only when you change the stream layout to one with as many letters as guests you have.
RichardButlerPLUSon point 3 - I thought the plan said "Recorded shows" so this is just video hosting? You can't actually do a pre-recorded stream?
Please note that this software is a multicamera video production streaming tool. Guests will not just appear on screen like they do with Zoom. The director needs to add them to the stream.
