Q: Request for Assistance: Incorrect Commission Rate for Tier 3 Subscription
Dear Streann Studio Support Team,
I purchased the Tier 3 license through AppSumo and was under the impression that the commission rate for this tier is 10%, as per the product description. However, I have noticed that I am currently being charged a commission rate of 20%, which does not align with the advertised terms.
Could you kindly look into this matter and rectify the commission rate on my account? If there are any additional steps or information needed from my side to resolve this, please let me know.

Dec 23, 2024A: Yes it's 10% on Tier 3. This was changed after the Sumo-Ling community asked to change. We are honoring it.

demografia.puertoricoI have the same issue. Tier 3 and commission says 20%. Asked in an email and the response was that it was going to be 10% to Tier 3 only. I am Tier 3, when I can see the change in my account?
I’ve received a response stating that the displayed fee will remain at 20%, but the actual deduction when processing payments will be reduced to 10%. I haven’t tested this myself yet, but overall, I believe the developers are actively working on resolving the issue.
