Q: Switch my account over please.

I contacted app sumo explaining to them I was unable to log into my live 2 social I asked them if you had switched to the new streann.studio because it seem to be the same product with more features they told me they couldn't contact you didn't know what was going on my lifetime purchase was no more so I purchased the tier 3 of your new streann.studio they weren't able to activate it because they said I had a trial with you I explain to them I never set up a trial. They told me in order to use the new purchase I had to give a different email address so I did so. And I'm still having issues not being able to find out what plan I'm on what features I have there's nothing in the dashboard to locate this information. Regardless I have already purchased this can you please switch my account over with my tier 3 purchase on the same account.
