From Tier 1 to Tier 3: When Lightning-Fast Support Saves the Day
I upgraded to Tier3 from Tier1 and had some issues with the process. I reached out and rcvd EXCELLENT support. (Support is big with me and will make or break if I stay with a product). I know people are busy when they do launches/promos so actually I was pleasantly surprised that someone responded so quickly. After confirming all the things (as they should), we got all the things taken care of nice and smooth. Really apprec Team Streann. I will be going thru the tutorials and cant wait to start creating.
