I have tried to reach out to the support team and they keep saying that the APPSUMO credits are limited in DUBBING and TTS because it cost to much, I understand but WHERE can I find my usage? I went to tier 3 because it looked like I would need a bunch of credits to dubbing and TTS. I used the dubbing and TTS about 10 times, and now it says I am out of credits, BUT I still have 2000+ credits left. The support team says to buy more but what am I buying if I still have credits left. What am I missing and where do I find the usage for the dubbing and TTS credits? Also, when do they refresh?
This is a great tool, and I want to rate it soon, but I am frustrated that the reason I got this tool is now limiting me from using it while I still have 2000+ credits left.
