Q: How Much storage it's included ?
Hi. I see that in the AppSumo offer you mention that we get the ProPlan. How much storage did we get? That is not mentioned. Because on your site the Pro Plan includes 10 GB of Cloud Storage but on my SubEasy account I have 5 GB. And I already consumed it. I have the Tier 4, the maximum one, 3000 credits...and I think that the amount of storage should be different also from tier 1 till tier 4.

Regarding cloud storage, we can’t reduce costs by adding more users since we pay Microsoft monthly based on the storage used per GB. Subscription users have access to more storage because their payments are recurring.
However, we’ll be introducing an add-on cloud storage option very soon to accommodate those who need extra space.
