One of my questions is that I have several hundred videos that I want transcribed...I have used "Happy Scribe" and the accuracy is abysmal...Each video is about one (1) hour in length. What is the longest video that your software can transcribe?

We can transcribe files up to 4 hours long. May I ask which language you need to transcribe? We perform very well with most frequently used languages.
All my videos are in English in an interview format...However, I probably will need your other languages for other projects...Thanks for your response!
