Decided to Refund
I purchased two codes and successfully activated the first one, receiving the 200 credits as expected. However, upon activating the second code via AppSumo to upgrade to Tier 2, I noticed that my previous Tier 1 plan was canceled and all my credits were removed. Currently, my account shows zero credits and is unusable.
I am uncertain about how the integration with AppSumo is intended to function, but unfortunately, it did not work as anticipated in my case. As a new customer, this has been a disappointing onboarding experience.

Thanks for flagging this—and I’m sorry for the rough start. What you ran into is an AppSumo Connect workflow issue: if a Tier 1 license is already active, activating another code is treated as a fresh license and will deactivate the first one, which resets credits. The correct path is to use Upgrade Tier in AppSumo, which preserves your existing plan and credits.
This behavior is specific to the AppSumo Connect integration, not the platform itself.
