Am I able to designate which domains each code goes to? Example, if I purchase 9 codes, and would like to use 3 on 1 domain; total 3 domains, is that OK?

I have bought three codes. If I use them for one website with unlimited members, may I stack at the same price (as Sumoling) other codes to create another membership site?
No. You can stack onto an existing site but not create new sites. So if you bought one code, you could stack two more codes to that site for unlimited members. But not create a separate new site.
