I have been using Sub-hub for a year and I can give you a real experience about this platform with its pros and cons:

PROS:
1.- The support is amazing, fast and effective. The platform is in continuous evolution, and they consider the proposals or ideas that you make and if those are reasonably affordable they update it.
2.- For conducting a website is a great tool but if you consider the integration of subscriptions, store, groups creation, etc. This makes the platform more adaptable than any other online course solution or store platform (Such as thinkific, udemy, etc).
3.- The platform is quite versatile; I use it for online courses, but you can personalize it perfectly for many other purposes since it provides: online store, forums, landing pages, etc.

CONS:
1.- Although they have conducted important and very good updates, the student experience navigating through a course, making comments, etc. is not as good as other platforms for specifically selling individual courses.
2.- You cannot follow the student evolution or provide automatically student certificates when they complete the course.
3.- You cannot automatically create invoices for the courses sold.
4.- You cannot create a multi-language site with different pages or courses for different languages even though you can translate (not completely) to another language.

Nothing is perfect and adaptable to all needs, but the balance of SubHub is without a doubt 5 tacos.

subhub may be a good tool but I had a bad experience with them and I wanted to document it, a few months ago I made a trade with someone I gave him an account in exchange for subhub, and after several days I tried to use my new subhub account but I couldn't log in, I tried to contact the trader, but I discovered that he blocked me from Facebook, then I realized that I had been scammed, I contacted subhub support and explained to them all the details and sent all the screenshots that explain the problem and proof that I got scammed, but they told me that the person contacted them to change the email again after transferring the ownership of the account to me to transfer it back to him, so my account does not work and they won't be able to help me anymore.

Although I explained all the details, subhub helped this swindler steal 300$ account from me.

I purchased this time just to write this review and refund.

SubHub has been the backbone of our podcast website for Queue Points. The customer service team is outstanding. They are so helpful and we have really been able to build a platform we can grow into. I can’t recommend them enough.

Pros:
Great customer service!! (I would give them more tacos for this if I could)
All features you need for a functional website
No downtime

Cons:
Not sleak like a Squarespace
Have to use their tech team to make DNS updates

For years I have struggled to find a platform for my eCourses without feeling like I was in the middle of a hurricane having to constantly change and learn things.

SubHub...where have you been. I bought 3 codes and in just 2 days with help from Jeanne, the site is not only up and running but now well ahead of my schedule for going online.

I am super impressed with what you have as a platform and also the amazing support service that you provide.

I'm back with another review, and you know I think I am someone who, maybe like you has bought countless membership plugins looking for the Holy Grail.

Let's get some context.

A while ago I bought a 10 site deal for a WP plugin that was here on appsumo. I struggled with setting it up and eventually well just didn't have the time to learn everything so I am embarrassed to say I gave up.

When I saw SubHub I wondered if this could work. So I bought it and wow.

But in a nut shell this system rocks.
👉It is all web based but you can connect your domain so it looks like it is on your site
👉There's a full homepage builder
👉You can create articles and blog
👉You can have multiple membership levels
👉There's coupon codes
👉There's course
👉There's forums

And so much more.

Set up is pretty easy but if you do get stuck there is an tacotastic amount of video tutorials.

Overall I am ditching my WP and related plugins to focus on building out a membership portal using this system.
