Can't create a subscription started today or in the past
I can't add a subscription I just signed up today or the one I signed up 2 days ago because when you create a subscription, the payment date requires a future date.
Brought this up to their support and this was their response:
"this is how the system is setup to make it easy to save the reminders but that's good feedback I'm adding it to our roadmap too"
This logic make zero sense. Seems more like a bug than an expected behaviour, but apparently this is the logic of the app...

Love this tool! Really easy to use as wel.
Just what I needed, a great little subs manager. A few bugs at the moment so would like to add feedback. Can the owner please contact me?

Saved me a missed Grandfathered Subscription renewal so paid for itself already!
Clean UI and strong concept for tracking subscriptions across projects. API support is a big plus. as tell claude to add new subs for me. One useful workaround for API users: create a full block of temporary entries with single tags to map tag IDs and build a reference table. Some UX improvements like autocomplete and search in tags/categories lists would make it even stronger. Developer is responsive via email and actively improving. Promising tool with solid potential. API needs extending to support for adding Reminders, Notes and Payment method (these are UX only) but overcame this with adding a custom tag for each payment method x9999 for which cc it belongs to and tag for autorenew, vs annual-review for ones want to check on before expiry.

bulk import via csv not available or impossible to find, and other issues
First, I wasted over 30 minutes just trying to find the option to import subscriptions via CSV. Their own help center guide (https://help.subly.app/expense-tracking/importing-subscriptions-from-a-csv-file) outlines the steps, but the feature is absolutely nowhere to be found in the actual UI.
To make matters worse, the app itself is incredibly buggy. Every single time I log in, I am forced to go through the initial onboarding questions all over again, despite having already signed up and completed them.
I am ready to hit the refund button.

Beau travail !
je recommande
