Ongoing Bugs and No Support Response
Subly currently feels abandoned or unsupported.
I reported a bug through their website but received no response. I then tried contacting them by email, but the message bounced back and could not be delivered.
For more than a week, all email notifications from Subly have been arriving with broken or unusual formatting, and important notification details are missing from the messages.
At this point, support is not responding through the website, and their support email appears to be inactive or broken.
This is extremely frustrating for a lifetime deal, especially when the issue affects a core function of the platform and there is no reliable way to get help.
Update: after a week, the bug seems to be fixed. no emails or communication came from the subly support to explain what happened. I changed the rating to 3 taccos because the email notifications are working now.

Dont listen to the negative reviews!
This tool works exactly as described for me, with no issues, and I recommend it for tracking monthly subscriptions.
My recommendations to the owner:
1. AppSumo product purchases are one-time payments and not subscriptions, so it would be helpful if these one-time purchases did not count against our subscription limit for our tier.
2. It would be great to have a Firefox extension in addition to the Chrome version.
3. For tools where the logo is not detected, it would be nice to be able to upload a custom logo.
Overall, a great tool!

Not a company to trust
I suddenly could not log into my account. They told me to create a new account and they would transfer the lifetime subscription. I followed their instructions, emailed them the new username, and then nothing. I have sent 6 emails over the past two months, no reply, totally ghosted. My account is still on the FREE plan.

Can't create a subscription started today or in the past
I can't add a subscription I just signed up today or the one I signed up 2 days ago because when you create a subscription, the payment date requires a future date.
Brought this up to their support and this was their response:
"this is how the system is setup to make it easy to save the reminders but that's good feedback I'm adding it to our roadmap too"
This logic make zero sense. Seems more like a bug than an expected behaviour, but apparently this is the logic of the app...
